Thanks for visiting Izzy's story, I'm glad to raise your awareness to the dangers of children and water.
I do know people whose children have drowned in their small koi or fish ponds. It happens so quickly, so always treat that water as if it were a loaded gun. You just cannot be too careful.
Thank you for your prayers.

Hey! Regarding your comments... first of all you're not bugging me! I haven't used gdiapers but I'd ask Ashlee (New Mama's Nest) or Sheryl (Peanutbutter & Jelly Boats- but I think she's out of town right now) because they use them and love them! Regarding fruit leather... haven't made it but that is such a good idea! The organic ones are SO expensive! I'd google about it and see if you find anything, or even go on the Mothering.com message boards and see if somone there can help. And regarding going green... I think a great place to start is with baby steps... bringing your own bags to places, using less "disposable" items, using more natural cleaning products- will make a difference in what you breathe in! Unplug things around your home as they are creating "electro smog" by still drawing energy when you aren't even using the appliance! Recycling (REDUCE,REUSE,RECYCLE!) and going to the libray for books, CDs, movies, shopping at thrift stores when possible, using Freecycle instead of throwing things away or buying new. A wonderful blog to read that has so many wonderful tips and is so inspiring is Walk Slowly Live Wildly... hope this helps!
