Thoroughly Confused...

I am terribly confused about fundamental Christianity. By definition in Wikipedia it doesn't sound something I would disagree with. I believe the Bible is infallible. I believe Christ died on the cross for our sins and rose again on the 3rd day. I believe there is no other way to heaven than through Christ Jesus. I just don't agree with some of the things I saw on Jesus Camp and I don't understand why they involved the children in the way they involved them. That all being said, does anyone have any insight as to what it means to be a fundamental Christian? Is it ok? UGH! Sometimes I think I have no ability to think by myself, I am just fearful of being a Pharisee.

What is Jesus camp? I'll have to pray about this! But it really is a good question!

Yes the girls did remember to tell me happy birthday. In fact they woke me up in the middle of the night to tell me! I really am blessed. They're both doing really good. I really need to get your email address or something so we can communicate better!

Hope everything is going good with you! Love the pictures!!

thanks for your comment on my blog. about fundamental christianity- it is: trusting in christ work alonr, on the cross, to be enough to turn God's wrath away from you. it constantly goes back to this...is what christ did enough? did he do it all for you?
about jesus camp...i saw it. the issus that they were trying to communicate was the "blur" in the line b/t evangelicals and politics. did you watch the directors commentary? i watched it twice...they used "Penacostals" so that the film would not appear "flat". And the penecostals are definitely indoctrinating their children. (this is why doctrine should matter to a believer...b/c it shapes everything) did you hear Levi, in the deleted scenes say, "America is God's chosen nation." This is not biblical. Israel was the chosen nation of God. and now We are that "Nation"...true Israel.

"We", being the "Church"- not the USA.
